<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A customer from the food industry was modernizing a production line and required drives for meat mixers capable of handling demanding continuous operation and high loads.</span></p>
<h3>Solution</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As part of the development of the Motovario MAC Premium Gearbox Assembly Centre, the assembly of two drives based on Motovario HPL planetary gearboxes, model HPL 180, was prepared and initiated. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The solution was selected with consideration for the application parameters, durability requirements and compatibility with the specific machine.</span></p>

<h3>Challenge</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The gearbox previously used by the customer did not meet the application requirements:</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">it was feeding an excessive amount of material,</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A solution was required that would provide the correct operating parameters and ensure stable performance.</span></p>
<h3>Solution</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Chiaravalli planetary gearbox, model CHPL 50004, was proposed together with a 22 kW motor and a forced cooling system. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The selection was supported by an analysis of the technical parameters, including torque, loads and service life. The solution was compared with a competing SEW offer and successfully justified during meetings with the equipment manufacturer and the investor.</span></p>
<h3>Result</h3>

<h3>Challenge</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At a wastewater treatment plant, a drive unit that had been operating since the 1990s failed and was no longer available on the market. The system consisted of three interconnected gearboxes and powered a wastewater mixer.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The design presented additional challenges:</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">the requirement for easy installation and removal without modifying the mixer structure.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3>Solution</h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A drive system based on a Chiaravalli CHPL18003 CMC planetary gearbox was proposed, combined with a CHM50-60 worm gearbox and a KC12022 chain coupling.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />
</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">The solution was selected to:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">meet the technical requirements of the existing installation,</span></li>

</ul>
